Hygiene Station, Boot Washer, Smater, Stronger, for Food Factory

A Product Evolution Driven by Customer Feedback:Listen, Learn, Improve

Food safety regulations are tightening. Customer expectations are rising. And the factories that thrive are the ones that treat hygiene as a continuous improvement process — not a one-time investment.
At WONE, we have been listening closely to food safety managers, maintenance engineers, and production supervisors who use our equipment every day. Their feedback has shaped the most significant update in our product line: the new PBW-25 Personnel Hygiene Station and PBW-31W Boot Washer.

PBW-25 Personnel Hygiene Cleaning Station Upgrade

The PBW-25 is our flagship personnel hygiene station, integrating boot brushing, boot disinfection, hand washing, hand drying, and hand sanitizing into one controlled workflow. The new version introduces 7 major upgrades that transform the user experience and compliance enforcement.
1. Four Workstations, Four Sensors, Full Compliance
What changed: The new PBW-25 is equipped with 4 sensors that define 4 distinct workstations:
Station
Function
Sensor Action
Station 1
Boot sole scrubbing
Sensor detects presence, activates brushes
Station 2
Boot disinfection + Hand washing
Sensor triggers disinfectant flow + soap dispense
Station 3
Hand drying
Sensor activates warm air dryer
Station 4
Hand sanitizing
Sensor releases sanitizer mist
2. Brush Self-Cleaning Function
The boot brushes now feature an automated self-cleaning cycle that activates before each shift or at programmed intervals.
Dirty brushes transfer dirt back onto clean boots. Without regular cleaning, brush bristles accumulate organic debris, fats, and bacteria. The self-cleaning function ensures every wash cycle starts with clean brushes, eliminating biofilm buildup and extending brush life.
3. Horizontal Bar Turnstile Upgraded to Swing Gate
The old horizontal bar (tripod) turnstile has been replaced with a one-way swing gate.
The single-way access door offers a smoother, faster, more comfortable passage while maintaining strict one-way access control.
4. Multi-Color Alarm Light on Top
What changed: A high-visibility alarm light is now mounted on the top of the machine, with color-coded signals:
Red — Emergency stop or system fault
Yellow — Low liquid level (chemical or water)
Green — Normal operation
The new top-mounted light is visible from across the factory floor, enabling instant response to issues.
5. 7-Inch Touchscreen Control Panel
The control interface has been upgraded to a 7-inch touchscreen with intuitive icons, multi-language support, and advanced settings.
6. Shower-Style Faucet for Better Rinsing
The hand washing faucet has been replaced with a shower-style spray head that delivers softer, wider water coverage.
7. Yellow Warning Strip Between Foot Disinfect & Hand Dry
A yellow safety warning strip has been added on the floor between the foot disinfection pool station and the hand drying station.
This visual cue marks the transition zone between wet and dry areas, reducing slip risk and serving as a visual guide for new employees learning the hygiene workflow.

PBW-31W: Smaller Footprint, Smarter Ergonomics

The PBW-31W is our compact single-station boot washer, ideal for smaller factories, central kitchens, and facilities with limited space. The new version introduces 2 targeted upgrades.
1. Embedded Chemical Tank
What changed: The chemical tank has been moved from a side-mounted position to being embedded into the machine body.
The side-mounted tank added footprint and created a protruding hazard. The new embedded design:
Reduces the machine's footprint by approximately 15%
Improves aesthetics — a cleaner, more streamlined appearance
Protects the chemical tank from accidental damage
Simplifies installation — can be placed closer to walls or other equipment
2. Angled Brush Design for Ergonomic Cleaning
The boot sole brushes have been changed from horizontal (flat) to slightly angled downward.
The horizontal brush design required workers to press their boots down with extra force, causing leg and hip fatigue over full shifts. The new angled design:
Aligns with natural standing posture — workers simply stand normally
Reduces physical strain — less force required
Improves cleaning quality — angled bristles penetrate boot tread patterns more deeply
Why These Updates?
For Food Safety Managers
The PBW-25's four sensor-driven workstations, self-cleaning brushes, and swing gate create a forced hygiene workflow that is impossible to bypass. Audit-ready compliance every single day.
For Maintenance Engineers
The PBW-31W's embedded chemical tank reduces complexity, while the PBW-25's self-cleaning brushes and top-mounted alarm light mean fewer breakdowns and faster problem detection.
For Factory Owners
Both upgrades reduce operational costs — less chemical waste, lower water consumption, fewer slip-and-fall incidents, and minimized compliance risk.
